Thursday (6:00 – 7:30 PM)
Team Practice – sharpening plays, conditioning, and preparing for competition.
Monday (6:00 – 7:30 PM)
Skills Training with Coach Dom – focus on ball handling, shooting, and overall basketball fundamentals.
